  I've been going to this Family Dollar quite a few times now but only because it's so close to me.And every time I hope that the experience would get better,but I'm always disappointed!!! First I want to say the Customer Service is really terrible.From the Cahiers all the way up the ranks to the Manager.They are unfriendly, it takes forever to get somebody to help you,and then when you do ask somebody to help you they act annoyed or upset that you ask. I've never had somebody make me feel bad or guilty because I ask for your help. The other thing is that this store is so unorganized/cluttered/dirty. Everything is scattered,in the wrong places or the prices are wrong or not clearly marked. I had a return not to long ago and the Cashier said do you mind if I keep ringing up Customers until I call the manager to do your return. I said "Of course not". 15 minutes later I still was waiting and asked the Cashier is the Manager on the way. She tells me oh I haven't called him yet. Like she has no phone or microphone to call the manager? And then she said if you want you can go to the back of the store,maybe you'll find him. I was so mad. First of all- I don't work there I have no clue where to search for a manager second of all she could've told me that in the beginning I would've had to wait 15 minutes. Anyway I went and looked-not only couldn't I find a manager,I couldn't find no other employee on the floor in the whole store. I had some other items I wanted to buy, so I got back in line to purchase them. The end was she told me it would be better to come back later on otherwise I have to wait longer.I said "I think you right"! I left angry and frustrated.I still don't understand why she didn't call for the manager??? Maybe if they wouldn't be so busy texting, listening to music and making personal Phone calls on their I phone things would go faster and the lines would be shorter. Pleaaaaase bring in some new and more friendly employees that actually give a crap about the customers. Will not recommend this particular Family Dollar to anyone.
